15/12 – Mt. 21, 23-27

ASTUTOS. Jesús en su Palabra nos invita a ser
“astutos como serpientes” (Mt. 10, 16)… sin
olvidarnos de ser “sencillos como palomas”, él ha
actuado así. Astucia que no es “picardía”, no es
sacar ventaja de los demás, sino mas bien, saber
persuadir a los demás de sus errores y llamarlos al
encuentro con el Señor, que es la misma Verdad. La
astucia, es la valentía de decir y hacer en el
momento oportuno “lo oportuno”.

12/15 – Mt 21, 23-27
BE
SHREWD. Jesus in his Word invites to us to be
“shrewd as serpents” (Mt 10, 16)… without forgetting
to be “simple as doves.” He has done it. To be
shrewd is not to be “naughty”, is not to take
advantage of others, but rather, to know how to
persuade others of their errors and to call them to
encounter the Lord, who is the real Truth. To be
shrewd is to have courage to say and do the correct
thing at the right moment.
